The Aura of Wisdom

The visualization and cultivation of the non-leakage practice is classified as a special practice in Tantric Buddhism. It is viewed as one of the highest secrets, and is only transmitted to those with the proper empowerment. Thus, I shall only offer a simple introduction to this practice.

The foundation of this practice is vase breathing. In the training of vase breathing, one must achieve a full build up of breathing capacity, and can direct chi or winds into the central channel, and shoot the chi up to the crown chakra. Only then can one cultivate the non-leakage practice.

There are three secret keys to this practice:

Mantra - HUM
Mudra - form the Grip Mudra, by first folding the thumb inwards, and gripping it with the four fingers. Do this with both hands.
Visualization - The method of visualization is as follows: First visualize the syllable HUM at the navel chakra. The tail of the syllable HUM extends out of the root chakra and hooks onto the white lotus (male) or red lotus (female). The practitioner, while forming the Grip Mudra, lowers his hands.

The practitioner practices one round of vase breathing, and shouts the syllable HUM, and lifts both hands upwards, forming the Grip Mudra. At this point, the chi rushes towards the crown, and the syllable HUM pulls the lotus upwards along the central channel. The root chakra curls and follows into the central channel and reaches the crown chakra.

At the crown chakra is positioned, in order of appearance: the syllable HUM, followed by the lotus, and finally the protuberance on the male? head. This protuberance is absent on the female.

What I wish to elucidate is: The white lotus is the semen, while the red lotus is the menstrual blood. The root chakra is the penis that (upon visualization) rises to the crown chakra and forms the protuberance. The female practitioner naturally does not have this protuberance.

The vital key in this practice is the single breath of vase breathing. When the chi shoots up to the crown chakra, carrying with it the semen and menstrual energies to the head, it is termed in Tantrayana as `elevating the light drop and leaping over Mt Sumeru`. When you can elevate the drops, you can attain non-leakage.

The non-leakage practice must be supplemented by the three movements of Vajra Fist Exercise. It contains the semen and menstruation blood and prevents them from discharging.

To my knowledge, as long as the practitioner is willing to cultivate this non-leakage practice diligently, keeping a daily practice schedule in the early morning, he or she should see results in half a year, and at the latest by the third year.

When one attains accomplishment in this practice, containing every bit of drops in the body, one will feel very energized in health and spirit. With this vitality, one? cultivation of other practices shall achieve maximum results with much less effort.

Note: The secret keys of the non-leakage practice must be orally transmitted in detail by the Vajra Master.
